Except for first two sessions as a trial,  payment for running sessions must be made in full (45 Euro per member) upfront.

Saturday LSR
 

Session : Long, easy run and chat!

Location : Papal Cross, Phoenix Park

Time : 10am sharp

Level : All Level.

Run for all levels. Session set to be a low intensity, fat-burning session to build overall base-level fitness - what all triathletes shold be doing at this time of year!

Distance approx 10k (run for approx 1 hr), evantually building to 1.5 hr run session as the weeks go on. In the early years of Pulse Tri Club this was an extremely popular session with over 20 participants and an excellent introductory session for all those new to the sport or wanted to build fitness level. We will do a loop of the park, so at any point you can cut off to make the route shorter and never on running alone. The perfect way to catch up with your club mates and start your Saturday!

 Cycling  

All beginners should attend the Wednesday spinning class at least once prior to starting the open road cycling at 9am on Sunday mornings.  Please also text or email the club contact at least a day in advance of the 9am start.

The 10am start is a 60km (aprox) distance (Beginners should not attempt this unless they have attended the 9am session and are comfortable that they can complete 60km.  If intending to do part of this distance please note that it is the responsibility of that cyclist to make their own way back home without the club marshall (the Club is not responsible for any member returning at that point).  Please contact Alison on: kanealison@gmail.com or 0879574514.
