Club Middle Distance Race – Tri Tyrone 2019
Pulse headed up north to Tyrone on Saturday 27th July for our club middle distance championships and its fair to say we took over the podium.
Sarah Stapleton won the women’s race in a fantastic time of 4.53.51.
We also had Age Group winners namely Daire Nulty, Colm Keane and Siobhan Quain all 2nd in their Age Groups and to Rachael Campbell who was 3rd in hers.
