Friday 08th
7:00pm : Social Run 45minutes (Colin Bolger)
8:00pm : Presentation by Ken lynch.
Ken was team manager for the Irish Triathlon Team in the lead into and at the London Olympic Games. He has a specific interest in triathlon but significant experience across a number of sports. Beyond this work his areas of expertise include:
Performance Management – Performance Planning – Goal Setting and Motivation – Generating Focus, Performance Psychology – Tracking Performance
9:00pm : Weekend presentation( Colin Bolger)
Saturday 09th
7.30am to 8.45am: Breakfast in the hotel
9am to 10.30am: Run and Transition Session (Skills & drills ) David & Colin
10.30am to 11am: Tea / coffee
11.30am to 1.00pm: Swim session 3 Lanes in 50m pool in UL : Coached by Colin & David.
1.30pm to 2.30pm: Lunch
3pm to 5:30pm: Brick session with different groups to include Zone training and transition work.
8pm to 9.30pm: Dinner in hotel, and maybe one or two social drinks.
Sunday 10th
7.30am to 8.45am: Breakfast in hotel
10:00am: Check out of rooms
10:30pm to 12:00pm: Track session to include 400m repeats
1:00pm to 2:30pm: Swim session 3 Lanes in 50m pool in UL : Coached by Colin & David.
