New Members Training Day
New to triathlon this year? Pulse is holding a new members training day on Saturday 30th April 2016, open to all new members. We’ll cover the four disciplines (transition being the fourth) and aim to provide coaching and tips in all key areas (including lunch).
The agenda for the day is as follows:
- 11:00 -13:00 – Corkagh Park for some cycling and to get the feel of running off the bike
- 13:00 -14:00 – Lunch @ the Chill Cafe in Westpark Fitness
- 14:00 -15:00 – Talk on bike maintenance and race selection
- 15:00 -16:00 – Run with a focus on drills
- 16:15 -17:30 – Swim/Transition workshop
The session will be led by our Head Coach David Adams, ably assisted by Chris Donohoe, Ger Kirwan, and Keith Murphy and is free to Pulse members. All you need is a road worthy bike, helmet, drink. Contact training@pulsetri.com if you’d like further information.
