Run Session Wednesday April 16th

Run Training Information for this Wednesday 16th April.

Fast session for everyone – This is a class session lined up for Wednesday. See you there ! There is a great buzz each week now up on the track…..
Meeting Point: Tallaght Athletics Club Track , beside West park Gym.
Time: 19:00 – 20:00
Session is: 10 mins jog warm up
10 mins Dynamic Drills – Worth it for the Laugh
Main set is: 6-8 x 1KM at YOUR fast pace with 90seconds recovery between each.
Cool Down with stretching.

Extra Kit to bring; Heart Rate Monitor if you have one to Keep an eye on your progress.
Bring a drink to have straight after with your recovery of choice: IE Banana etc….
Everyone is encouraged to schedule this as part of their training plan to develop stamina and Speed coming into this season !

There is always people of similar abilities there, so you will never be on your own ! I have done this session and find it excellent –
