Strength and Conditioning Class

Pulse Triathlon Club Strength & Conditioning Program by Darren Kelly of DK Orthotics & Injury Clinic

Pre-season is kicking off and many triathletes forget about strength and conditioning as the weeks sessions are planned around the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. This can lead to a high risk of a repetitive strain injury.

On Saturday 30th November from 3 – 4pm in Westpark Fitness there will be a FREE strength and conditioning class with progressions. The class is open to all Pulse members. (If interest is high on the day, we may have to split the class and have a second session from 4 – 5pm that day.)

There will be a hand outs on the day of the structure of the exercises. Each exercise will be demonstrated and then carried out by the class so any technique or correctional advice can be given.

Give your body the best chance to stay injury free and functionally stronger which will help improve biomechanics and efficiency levels.

Please confirm your attendance of this class with Alison at kanealison@gmail.com
