Thursday Brick Sessions

Thursday 30th of April is the start of our summer brick sessions in Corkagh park.

Brick sessions are a session involving running and cycling and are a great way to practice your transitions. The sessions will be held in the cycling track in Corkagh park and are open to all levels. You will need your bike, helmet, pump, spare tubes, water bottle, runners and food for after the session. Might also be a good idea to stick in a rain jacket.

For the month of May the sessions will be from 7.00pm – 8.30pm as the park closes at 8pm. We ask members to park out on the road and not use the park car park as it closes before 8pm. Here is the map reference if you haven’t been to the track before  http://goo.gl/maps/IKtUN
